General cmavo creation for existing grammar. This can be used to convert arbitrary meaning (or cmavo, represented in a bridi) to a desired selma'o. This is sei specialized to changing the meaning of the cmavo or word preceding ma'o'ei while preserving its grammar. (See also ci'o'ei for a specialization of ma'o'ei to UI.
